Harry Edward Styles is an English musician, singer, and musician. He was part of One Direction. Born in Holmes Chapel (Cheshire), England 1 February 1994, he is the son of Des Styles, and Anne Cox. Harry Styles studied at the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School, where he created his own musical band with 3 classmates. The band he called White Eskimo. They participated in the Battle of Bands where thanks to their outstanding performances, they were winners. Though he's been attracted to the arts, he interested in becoming an attorney or physiotherapist. He worked for a time as a part-time baker within his town with the aim of helping economically at home. Harry Styles performed Is not She Lovely (Stevie Wonder) at the 2010 auditions in The X Factor. The reason for this was the band split up. Nicole Scherzinger was the judge who recommended Harry Styles to be part the group that would later be called One Direction, along with Liam Payne Zayn malik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored five teenagers to create the group in the year 2010. They performed tracks such as My Life Would Suffer Without You from Kelly Clarkson, and Total Eclipse of the Heart, by Bonnie Tyler during the competition. They were one of the potential winners for the award. However, they finished third place behind Rebecca Ferguson, and the winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles, his group as well as Cowell were not able to take home the prize. But Cowell gave Harry Styles a 2 million pounds contract with Syco.
